INFO FOR THE COMPETITORS

Race Office
Starting numbers must be collected at the race office in Cavalese (Congress Centre Palafiemme) presenting a document during the following hours: 
- Thursday, 25th January 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, 26th January 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 / 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. 
- Saturday, 27th 9:00 a.m. - 8.30 p.m. 
Please check your number on the START LIST in order to collect your bib.

Attention!!! The skiers signed up in the Marcialonga Light 45K have the code 10000 printed on their bib before the race number. This is only a ID race code, the main number is the right one.

Timing
Applied inside the bib there is a chip timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race (chip on the chest).
The transponder will register the start and the finish time and the intermediate times at the different check-points.
The chip must be returned to the organisers right after the finish (penalty of 50,00 € if not returned).

Bus service
You could use both private car or the free buses provided by the organisation to reach the start.
Detailed bus timetables are printed on the bib envelope or HERE. Return buses are also available till 7:00 p.m. from Bronzetti Street in Cavalese.

Clothes sack 
Clothes will be collected at the start and carried to the finish: one ticket must be fixed to a cloth, the other must be used to close the plastic sack that must be delivered to the lorry with the same colour. The Organising Committee is not responsible for the bags left in the boxes. The participants of the Marcialonga Light 45K can collect their clothes at the finish in Predazzo.

The Start
The start in Moena is given in different waves according to the timetable on the map. The opening of the boxes could be postponed in case of queues in the first part of the course. The check-in at the gate is obligatory and starts from 7.00 a.m. 



The services along the course 



The Finish
In the finish zone the following services are available: showers, dressing-room, food station, ski depot (only until 7.00 p.m.). Pasta Party will be organised in the Palafiemme Congress Center. 
All these services are available at the finish in Predazzo for the participants of the Marcialonga Light 45K.



Medal, Diploma and Finisher T-shirt  
All competitors will receive a special medal right after the finish line. The diploma with the intermediate times and the Finisher T-shirt can be booked in advance at the race office and picked up after the arrival at the appropriate stand at Palafiemme. 

Equipment changed during the race - Lost & Found 
Skis and poles replaced during the race and the sacks not collected at the finish can be recovered at the race office Sunday after 3 p.m. or Monday until 12.00. In the following days they will be in the Marcialonga headquarters in Predazzo.
