Race Office 
Start numbers must be collected at the Race Office in Moena - Navalge Theatre during the following hours:
Saturday September 3^rd: 9.30 a.m. -12.30 and 2.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m
Sunday September 4^th: 7.30 a.m. - 9.00 a.m.
The documents required in the race rules must be presented. If already sent with the entry-form, an ID document will be requested. The collection of start-numbers by a delegate is allowed upon presentation of a proxy and the copy of the National Federation Card of the registered person. For teams, a representative can pick up all start-numbers, presenting the list of all competitors signed and stamped by the Team President and the original receipt of the total payment. Upon request, to be sent to the Organising Committee not later than Thursday, September 1st, starting numbers may be prepared in a single box. The goody bag will not be sent at home if not collected at the race office.

Timing
The timing service is provided by MySDAM. Applied behind the bib there is a chip timing device. It is mandatory to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race. The transponder will register the start and the finish time.

Start
The start in Moena, main square Piaz de Sotegrava, is at 9.30 a.m. The time limit is settled in 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Clothes Sack
Clothes will be collected at the start and carried to the finish. Participants must pick them up showing the bib.

The finish
The finish is in Cavalese, Via F.lli Bronzetti. Right after the finish it is available a drink station and the massage service.  300 mt far, at the School Gym there is the clothes sacks collection, showers, dressing-room and at Palafiemme, 100 mt far, the pasta party and free buses to return to Moena.

Transport
After the finish a free bus, leaving at 12.00 and 1.00 p.m. and other minibuses until 3.00 p.m. will bring back competitors to the start in Moena. The OC does not provide any transportation from Cavalese to Moena in the morning. Competitors can take the ordinary buses which leave from the Bus Station in Cavalese and stops in every village at 7.04 a.m. or 8.04 a.m. It takes 40' to reach Moena. 

Price-giving Ceremony
The ceremony will be at 1.30 p.m. in Piazza Italia (in Palafiemme, in case of raining weather) followed by the drawing of rich prizes for all competitors (collected only upon bib show).

Categories
The categories that will receive the prizes are:

• Top 10 in the total ranking Men
• Top 10 in the total ranking Women
• Top 3 in the age categories.
  Athletes of the total ranking will not be awarded in the age categories.

Drink & Food Stations
Drink and food stations are pointed out on the course profile. Please keep the environment clean and use the apposite collection points for throwing away plastic and food waste.

Medal & T-shirt Finisher
Right after the finish line all competitors will get the participation medal and can buy the Finisher T-shirt to celebrate their participation in the race at the cost of €10,00 at the Marcialonga stand.

Live results & Diploma
The unofficial result list and the diploma are available in real time on www.marcialonga.it

Photo Service
All the personal pictures will be published within a week on www.fotostudio3.com and can be ordered and paid via electronic shopping card.

Mizuno Run
On Saturday 3^rd at 11.30 a.m. in Moena there will be the Mizuno RUN, the easy training of about 4 K. Everybody can join it, the registration is free but compulsory. You can register at SPORTISSIMO or contact  MARCIALONGA office.

Minirunning 
On Saturday 3^rd at 5.30 p.m. in Moena there will be the Minirunning, the promotional non-competitive run for kids from 6 to 12 years old (born from 01.01.2004 to 31.12.2010). The event represents a moment of fun dedicated to the residents, the tourists and the children of the Marcialonga Running Coop competitors. Entertainment and funny activities for everybody start at 4 p.m.
