INFO RACE 9th Marcialonga Cycling Craft

RACE OFFICE
Check your starting number on START LIST.

Start-numbers must be collected at the Race Office in Predazzo during the following hours:

-       SATURDAY 13th June: 9.30 am - 12.00 and 2.00 pm - 7.00 pm

-       SUNDAY 14th June: 5.30 am - 7.00 am

Remember to bring you ID document together with your cycling licence or the medical certificate.

TIMING
The timing service will be provided by MySDAM. Participants are supposed to use a chip in order to have their race timed.
- PERSONAL CHIP: ChampionChip YellowChip (international)
- RENTAL DAILY CHIP: You can buy/rent a chip on the day of the race, at the “MySDAM” point. The price for the daily chip rental is Euro 5,00 + Euro 5,00 as a deposit. The deposit will be returned when you bring the chip back. Pay attention: you must return the chip within 15 minutes after the last participant crosses the finish line.

START AND FINISH
 
The start is at 7.30 am. The check-in is obligatory from 6.30 am.

Time limit for the medium course is 5 hours, for the long course is 8 hours.

All the services after the finish are on the map. Also a free massages service is available for the particpants in the main square.

The prize-giving ceremony is scheduled at 1.30 pm in the main square of Predazzo. 

SERVICES ALONG THE COURSE: drink and food stations, technical assistance, medical assistance. 
 

Please keep the ambient clean and use the dedicated points and containers for throwing away plastic and food waste.

The use of private technical assistance is strictly forbidden and leads to disqualification. An appropriate assistance is provided by the organisation or the competitor can do it by himself.

Ambulances and first aid assistance will follow all the race.

ROADS
Streets are normally open and it is compulsory for each competitor to respect the highway code. 
A special service for those who leave the competition is provided by the organisation.

RESULTS AND DIPLOMA
The result list and the diploma will be available LIVE on www.marcialonga.it

PHOTO SERVICE
All the personal pictures will be published within a week on www.fotostudio3.com and can be ordered and paid via electronic shopping cart.
