MARCIALONGA: CLEAN ENERGY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Marcialonga is not only sport, effort, passion and social activity sharing, it is also an healthy mean for loving nature, the environment, yourself and your future.

That is why Marcialonga for the last 5 years and in collaboration with the Sport Board of the Autonomous Province of Trento, has been backing the eco-friendly project, starting from the use of biodegradable and recyclable fittings at the refreshments stations, promoting the reduction of the amount of wastage and its carrying out of differentiated collection, increasing through leaflets and info boards the environmental education and awareness.

Marcialonga has now gone far and on the roof of the storehouse in Ziano di Fiemme, where during summer the snow-guns and the snowmobiles have their deserved rest, 27 panels producing a voltage photovoltaic of  5,94 Kwh, have been installed for clear energy.
