Marcialonga Story: Covid protocols

RACE OFFICE - BIB PICK UP

• Thursday 28 January 15.00 - 19.00 – PALAFIEMME CAVALESE
• Friday 29 January 9.00 - 12.00 / 14.00 – 19.00 – PALAFIEMME CAVALESE
• Saturday 30 January 8.00 - 10.30 – LAGO DI TESERO STADIO DEL FONDO

ACCESS TO THE RACE OFFICES --> only by wearing a MASK, sanitizing your hands and after completing these steps: 

• TEMPERATURE CHECK; only those with a temperature below 37,5° will be allowed to enter the building.
• Hand over the COVID-19 AUTO DECLARATION FORM

START
The start will be from the Cross Country Stadium in Lago, with open start between 10.00 and 11.00.
At the start you will have to hand in the COVID-19 AUTO DECLARATION FORM,  your temperature will be taken.  Only those with a temperature below 37,5° will be allowed to start.
Keep the mask on until you are ready to start.

REFRESHMENT
The refreshment points in Ziano di Fiemme in località Roda and at the start in Predazzo are confirmed.

TRACK & FINISH
The track wiIl not pass through Predazzo and it will finish at the Ski Jumping Stadium, after 12,5 km. 
After crossing the finish line, you will be given a new face mask to wear. 

PARTICIPANT TRANSFER
After the finish, there will be a transfer service back to Lago di Tesero. The service is available between 10.30 and 13.30. Booking is required sending an email to info@marcialonga.it

BAG TRANSPORTATION
The Bag transfer from the start to the finish is confirmed only if the bags are given to the pick-up point.

GOODIE BAG AND CHARITY
As a goodie bag, the participants will receive per e-mail the picture of the event to keep a memory of this day.
Marcialonga Story will also represent a charity event as Marcialonga Stars will not take place. Part of the registration fee will be given to LILT, the foundation that fights against cancer, Trento section.

PARTICIPATION DIPLOMA
This year there will be no check-point card, but in the days after the race you will receive a diploma with the stamps.

SANITARY ASSISTANCE
The sanitary service is confirmed along the track.
