RACE OFFICE

Check your starting number on the START LIST.
Start-numbers must be collected at the race office in Cavalese, Palafiemme Congress Centre, presenting a personal document during the following hours:

THURSDAY                            3.00 P.M. - 7.00 P.M.
FRIDAY      9.00 A.M. - 12.00  3.00 P.M. - 7.00 P.M.
SATURDAY 9.00 A.M. -  8.30 P.M.

COURSE AND SERVICES

The following services are available along the course (click on the MAP):

TIMING

Applied inside the bib there is a chip-timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race (chip on the chest). The transponder will register the start and the finish time and the intermediate times at the different checkpoints. The chip must be returned to the organisers right after the finish (penalty of € 50,00).

BUS SERVICE

Competitors can use both private cars (use permit on the bib envelope) or the free buses provided by the organisation to reach the start. Be aware that the traffic will be really heavy and that you could find queues. Return buses are also available from Cavalese Bus Station till 7.00 p.m. SEE THE NEW DETAILED BUS TIMETABLE > 

START

The start in Mazzin will be given in different waves according to the timetable from 9 o'clock (see the map). The opening of the boxes could be postponed in case of queues in the first part of the course. The race time will be registered by passing the start line. The check-in at the gate is obligatory from 8.00 a.m.

CLOTHES SACK

Clothes will be collected at the start and carried to the finish: one ticket must be fixed to a cloth, the other one must be used to close the plastic sack that must be delivered to the lorry with the same colour. It is mandatory to leave the sack on the lorries as the Organising Committee is not responsible for the bags left in the boxes.

FINISH

In the finish zone the following services are available: dressing-room, food station, ski deposit, and clothes sack collection. 
Showers are NO MORE available because these services have been allocated to the Italian population affected by the recent natural disasters.
The Pasta Party will take place at the race office in Palafiemme, while the buses to go back home after the race will leave from the Bus Station. 
All the services are available at the finish in Predazzo for the participants of the Marcialonga Light.

DIPLOMA, PARTICIPATION MEDAL AND FINISHER T-SHIRT 

All competitors will get a special medal right after the finish line. The diploma with the intermediate times and the Finisher t-shirt must be booked in advance at the race office at the cost of €15,00. At the end of the race, the diploma and the t-shirt can be collected at the appropriate stand in Palafiemme.

EQUIPMENT CHANGED DURING THE RACE – LOST & FOUND

Skis and poles replaced during the race and the sacks not collected at the finish can be found at the race office after 3 p.m. or from Monday afternoon at the Marcialonga office in Predazzo.

WORLDLOPPET

Marcialonga is a member of Worldloppet, the most important cross-country ski circuit of the world. The passport stamp is available at the appropriate stand in Palafiemme.
