When and where to collect number and race packet
Start-numbers collection is at the Race Office in Moena - Navalge Theatre during the following hours:
Saturday, 4th September: 9:00 a.m.– 12:30 / 2:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, 5th September: 7.30 a.m. - 9.00 a.m.
The collection of start-numbers by a delegate is allowed upon presentation of a proxy.
At the raceoffice you will receive the magazine with the technical envelop containing: bib and one-way chip, clothes bag, sticker for the clothes bag and mask.
Documentation needed
All health-insurance and sports club information should be submitted prior to the bib pick-up but you will be asked an identity card when collecting the bib.
For Teams, a representative of the group can pick up all starting numbers, presenting the complete list of competitors signed by the Team President and the receipt of the total payment. Starting numbers may be prepared in a single package if it is requested to entry@marcialonga.it not later than Thursday, 2 September.
Timing
The timing service is provided by MySDAM. Applied behind the bib there is a chip timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race. The transponder will register the start and the finish time.
Transport
Free shuttles will be available from the finish back to the start.
Clothes Bag
HANDING IN
You will find the clothes bag in the technical envelop: you can put your bag or backpack inside, close it and stick the sticker with your bib number on it. The bags will be collected at the start at the dedicated spot and carried to the finish. The OC will take no responsibility for bags that have not been dropped at the right place.
PICK UP
You can collect you clothes bag after the finish, showing your bib.
Start
The meeting point is in Moena at 8.30, punching is compulsory before entering the start gates. The race will start at 9.30. The time limit is set to 3:30 hours, those who will arrive after this time won't be put in the ranking. The finish is set in Cavalese.
Drink and Food Stations along the course
There will be six feeding stations and sponge areas. besides the final refreshment point.
It is mandatory to use the dedicated points and containers for throwing away plastic and food waste.Dumping of waste outside the dedicated containers is forbidden. The OC is authorised to disqualify the competitors who do not respect this rule.
Finish area: which and where are the services
The finish is on the main street of Cavalese, Viale Fratellil Bronzetti. Right after the finish, runners will have access to the services like bag collection, massages, showers and changing rooms and Pasta Party (to be confirmed).
Prize-giving Ceremony
The prize-giving ceremony will take place at 1.30 p.m in Piazza Italia. Check the awarded categories HERE>

The unofficial result list and the diploma are available in real time on www.marcialonga.it.
How to book the personal pictures
All the personal pictures will be published within a week on www.fotostudio3.com and can be ordered and paid via electronic shopping card.
