The important informations to know before and after the race

When and where to collect number and race packet

Start-numbers collection is at the Race Office in Moena - Navalge Theatre during the following hours:

Friday, 4th September: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. (reservation needed)
Saturday, 5th September: 9.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Sunday, 6th September: 7.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. (reservation needed)

Bib pick-up on Friday and Sunday is possible only when booked via mail as only 250 people are allowed to access the office in these days.
Temperature will be measured to everyone before entering the bib distribution area and only those who have a temperature lower than 37,5° C will be allowed to enter the building. When entering, you will have to hand over the confirmation of registration and the Covid-19 auto-certification.

At the raceoffice you will receive the magazine with the technical envelop containing: bib and one-way chip, clothes bag, sticker for the clothes bag and mask.


Documentation needed

All health-insurance and sports club information should be submitted prior to the bib pick-up but you will be asked an identity card when collecting the bib.  

The collection of start-numbers by a delegate is allowed by sending the dedicated proxy via mail in the previous days. The delegate will be allowed to enter the race office presenting the confirmation of registration and the Covid auto-declaration. 
For Teams, a  representative of the group can pick up all starting numbers, presenting the confirmation of registration and the Covid auto-declaration. This must be agreed upon previously via mail with the Organizing Committee.


Timing
The timing service is provided by MySDAM. Applied behind the bib there is a chip timing device. It is mandatory for competitors to take care of it and to wear it during the whole race. The transponder will register the start and the finish time.

Transport to the Start
There will be a free shuttle service in the morning only, driving the runners from the finish to the start (Cavalese – Moena) with no intermediate stops. The service should be booked in advance. The parking lots in Cavalese will be well signed. 
It will be otherwise possible to use public transportation of Trentino Trasporti (paying) starting at 7.04, 8.04, 9.04. The drive takes about 40 minutes and it stops in: Tesero, Panchià, Ziano di Fiemme, Predazzo, Mezzavalle and Forno.

Clothes Bag
HANDING IN
You will find the clothes bag in the technical envelop: you can put your bag or backpack inside, close it and stick the sticker with your bib number on it. The bags will be collected at the start at the dedicated spot and carried to the finish. The OC will take no responsibility for bags that have not been dropped at the right place.

PICK UP
You can collect you clothes bag after the finish, showing your bib. You will be allowed to enter the area only wearing a mask and sanitizing your hands.

Start 
Access to the start area is allowed only after having completed the check-in which consists in:
-Check that the runner is wearing a mask
-Check that the runner is wearing the bib and that the number and the color of the bib correspond to the right start-time
-Checking the temperature: runners with a temperature higher than 37,5° C will not be admitted into the area
-Handing over the auto-certification Covid-19
-Check that the runner has the clothing-bag that has been given by the OC and that the number is correctly placed.

When in the start area, split into three rows, maintaining the indicated distance. Positioning within the rows will follow the entry of athletes not the bib number.
Start will be at 8.30 and it will happen every 15 seconds in each row (one athlete every 5 seconds) - see table below showing the waves with the according starting time.

Drink and Food Stations along the course
There will be three feeding stations with water bottles, gels and packed snacks. It is possible to enter the feeding station one at a time, following one of the three rows available.
Self-service is NOT permitted.

It is mandatory to use the dedicated points and containers for throwing away plastic and food waste.Dumping of waste outside the dedicated containers is forbidden. The OC is authorised to disqualify the competitors who do not respect this rule.

There will be no cooling sponges available, but in case of hot temperatures, there will be refreshment areas with water sprays.

Finish area: which and where are the services
The finish is at the "Pieve Park" in Cavalese. Right after the finish, runners will have to wear the mask that they will receive by the Organizing Committee, receive the Finisher Bag with the goodie and Finisher medal and should leave the area quickly.

Pasta party, showers and changing rooms are not foreseen

Prize-giving Ceremony
There will be only a flower ceremony for the top 3 men and top 3 women.
There will be no other prize-giving ceremony.

Where is it possible to see the Results and to print the Diploma?
The unofficial result list and the diploma are available in real time on www.marcialonga.it.

How to book the personal pictures
All the personal pictures will be published within a week on www.fotostudio3.com and can be ordered and paid via electronic shopping card.
